2017 MAAT Application and Directory Information

Only those joining MAAT directly through the following categories should use this form,

and send their dues directly to MAAT:

• Associate (category is not open to art therapists)
• Student, and *Friend and Patron* (together known as the Contributing category)

 

Art therapists who wish to join the MAAT Professional Category (active, credentialed, or

retired), and be able to vote on MAAT business or serve on the MAAT Board or as a

Committee Chair, must also join AATA. Please visit the AATA website to join or renew

your Professional memberships for both AATA and MAAT: http://www.arttherapy.org/

The information you provide is included in the MAAT Member Directory that is emailed

several times per year, and available on the Members Only page of the MAAT website.

You can email the forms back to michiganarttherapy@gmail.com, but please include

your check number on your emailed application. Make checks payable to MAAT. A mailing

address will be provided to you via email.
